Inspiring the next generation
Successful entrepreneurs become powerful role models and community leaders. We create opportunities for young people, students, and emerging leaders to learn directly from local entrepreneurs through experiential learning, mentorship, action research, internships, and leadership programs. By connecting youth with real-world entrepreneurial experiences, we help transfer knowledge, strengthen local leadership, and inspire the next generation of changemakers.
The best thing about knowledge is that giving it away does not diminish it; it multiplies it. Leadership Lab is built on one observation: the women who came back to mentor and teach grew stronger themselves. By opening our entrepreneur network to students and researchers, we create learning that flows both ways and impact that extends well beyond any single program.
Leadership Lab is a minimum one-week program that takes place in communities, enterprises, and partner organisations through hands-on experiences and real-world problem solving.
Participants leave Leadership Lab with field experience, a completed research or documentation project, a mentor relationship with an active entrepreneur, and a reference from Kalpavriksha Group.
