BUSINESS INCUBATION

Building the foundation for Entrepreneurship.

We support first-time entrepreneurs to start and strengthen their businesses through a one-year incubation program. This includes entrepreneurship training, business coaching, mentorship, financial literacy, access to startup inventory, and practical business tools. By the end of this stage, women have the confidence, skills, and resources needed to launch and sustain their businesses independently.

  • Entrepreneurship and business management training
  • Financial literacy and record-keeping
  • One-on-one business mentoring and coaching
  • Leadership and confidence development
  • Access to startup inventory and business opportunities
  • Market information and product knowledge
  • Ongoing business performance reviews
  • Peer learning and networking opportunities

Phase 1 — Months 1 to 3: Foundation
Entrepreneurship orientation, self-confidence, goal setting, and introduction to business opportunities

Phase 2 — Months 4 to 6: Development
Product knowledge, sales techniques, financial literacy, digital literacy, communication skills

Phase 3 — Months 7 to 9: Strengthening
Inventory management, sales and branding, peer mentoring, business performance review

Why the foundation matters

Most women who come to us don’t lack skill or drive — they lack a structured environment to turn what they know into something that lasts. Our incubation model replaces one-off training with a full year of continuous support, ensuring every woman has the baseline stability to begin her journey as an entrepreneur.

Who we serve?

Outcome statement:

Women leave the Start program with a validated business plan, financial records they manage independently, their first documented revenue, and a clear pathway into the Grow program.
