You will own our voice across every channel and build our presence from a trusted local enterprise into a recognised name in women’s entrepreneurship across Nepal and beyond.
- →Lead annual marketing and communications strategy
- →Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- →Position Nari Katha as Nepal’s trusted marketplace
- →Create content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- →Document stories for the 100 Nari Katha archive
- →Produce impact reports and partner materials
- →Manage all social media and grow organic reach
- →Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google
- →Keep the Kalpavriksha Group website updated
- →Build pitch decks and proposal materials
- →Attract institutional partners and diaspora buyers
- →Support Executive Director with presentations
What we are looking for
You must have
- ✓3+ years in marketing, brand, or communications
- ✓Strong written storytelling in English and Nepali
- ✓Social media management experience
- ✓Portfolio of content or campaigns
Helpful to have
- ✓Experience in social enterprise or NGO sector
- ✓E-commerce or marketplace marketing knowledge
- ✓Women’s entrepreneurship background
- ✓Bachelor’s in marketing or communications
