1. About Kalpavriksha Group
Kalpavriksha Group is a Nepal-led social enterprise supporting women entrepreneurs through training, mentorship, and market access under our Secure, Succeed, and Share programs. Kalpavriksha Group is not currently a registered charity in Nepal, and the Site does not process donations or charitable contributions.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or database connected to the Site; using the Site to transmit harmful code, malware, or unsolicited advertising; copying, scraping, or reproducing Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission; and impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with us.

6. No Donations Accepted
Kalpavriksha Group does not currently accept donations through this Site. Our work is supported through training programs, the Nari Katha marketplace, and partnerships with local and international organizations. Any third-party page, link, or communication claiming to collect donations on our behalf should be treated as unauthorized, and we encourage you to report it to us directly.
